  • Some warehouses features complex environment and large deviation of pallets in manual handling and truck unloading, which make it hard for AGV forklifts relying on mechanical position limitation or monocular camera to identify pallets accurately. The resulting forklift deviation often lead to forking failure and low handling efficiency.

Pallet Recognition with ToF RGB-D Camera

Our Solution:

The industrial Vzense 3D ToF RGB-D Cameras capture pallet images and work with image processing algorithms to help the AGV forklift identify cargo, get their position and posture coordinates and adjust the fork direction intelligently. The unmanned intelligent handling of pallets eliminates overlarge deviation of the AGV forklift. In addition, the camera conducts intensive training and in-depth learning of the pallet identification model through AI algorithms, so as to improve the accuracy in handling the coming pallets
